Replacing a boiler or heating system isn't a small purchase, and it's not one most homeowners make more than once every decade or so. It’s completely normal to want to understand exactly what you're paying for, how much disruption to expect, and who you're letting into your home to do it. You don't need to become an expert in boilers to make the right call — we’ll explain the options in plain terms and give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch. We'd rather talk you through all of that upfront than have you find out partway through the job.
What's Involved
We'll start with a proper look at your current system before recommending anything — checking things like its age and condition, the size of your home, and how many bathrooms and radiators need to be served, so what we recommend actually fits your house rather than being a one-size-fits-all swap. What suits your home isn't always what suits the one next door. Installation itself usually takes a day, sometimes longer if we’re changing the type of system rather than swapping like-for-like. Your heating and hot water will be off while we work, and we’ll walk you through the new system once it’s in.

We'll come out and take a proper look at your current system and your home, so any recommendation actually fits how the house works.
We'll walk you through what we'd recommend and why, what it'll cost, and roughly how long it’ll take — before you commit to anything.
On the day, we'll get on with the work and keep you updated on progress. Your heating and hot water will be off while we do it.
Once it's in, we'll walk you through how the new system works and answer anything you're not sure about.
We'll come out and take a proper look at your current system and your home, so any recommendation actually fits how the house works.
Is It Time for a New System?
A few signs it might be worth talking to us about a new system rather than another repair: your boiler's getting on in years, it's breaking down more than once a year, replacement parts are getting harder to find, or your energy bills keep climbing even though nothing else has changed. None of these mean you definitely need a new system — but they're worth a proper look.
Brands & Warranty
We mainly install Bosch boilers, and can fit other brands where that’s the better fit for your home. Every installation comes with the manufacturer's warranty.
